We have worked on major projects for oil drilling system providers including Weatherford. This entailed testing rigs, building and stripping down tooling to aid manufacturing, as well as carrying out research and development projects for oil drilling systems, advising our customers on the best method of design and then manufacturing a working prototype.
We have manufactured assembly equipment, undercarriage test tooling and equipment for leading aircraft manufacturers and equipment suppliers such as Messier-Bugatti-Dowty, Airbus and Rolls Royce, on both a first and second tier basis.
We work for many world leaders in this industry two of which are Renishaw and TBS, both are very highly regarded in their respective fields. TBS build fully automated special purpose machinery on which most lead acid batteries found in European, American and Japanese cars are produced.
Recently Ferrositi designed and manufactured a bespoke venting system for Apple’s flagship regent street store under difficult time constraints dictated by the stores reopening deadline.
This involved an initial meeting with the architect (foster and partners) and other subcontractors in order to discuss their requirement and gather information. Having collated the relevant information we then went about generating a detailed proposal for sign off. Following a few minor changes a design was agreed upon and working drawings were created. Manufacturing then commenced to bring our designs to life. This included machining, fabrication and finishing, all of which were completed to impeccable standards, as require by such a high profile and demanding customer.
Finally, installation of the adjustable system was overseen by a member of our team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
