In recent years Ferrositi have significantly invested in the latest state of the art Mazak CNC milling and 5 axis CNC machining technology. We have the capacity to programme and offer very large components up to five tonnes mass, using a wide range of material, along with always maintaining optimum precision engineering tolerances.
Our highly versatile CNC milling and turning facilities enable us to offer small CNC machined parts up to maximum machining envelope of 3100 x 1250. We use industry leading Delcam programming software to mill complex 3 dimensional parts direct from any format of customer model, minimising cost and production time.
