Recent acquisitions of two “Variaxis i-600” simultaneous 5 axis CNC machining centres have enabled Ferrositi to offer highly complex small and medium sized components at incredibly cost effective prices.
Our “Mazak VTC 800 /30sr” CNC machining capacity offers highly versatile 5 axis machining off larger parts up to 3 metres of X-axis and 800 mm Y-axis travel. Having the ability to provide work pieces in a single setup enables us to offer excellent production lead times on 5 axis CNC machined components needed fast. Our 5 axis machining centres offer high levels of productivity with rapid spindles that can handle a variety of applications, from heavy duty cutting to high speed machining of aluminium and other non ferrous materials.
